Book review: 'The Coming Wave' by Mustafa Suleyman

In my latest AI book review, I explore ‘The Coming Wave: AI, Power and the 21st Century’s Greatest Dilemma’ by Mustafa Suleyman, co-founder of Google DeepMind and CEO of Microsoft AI.

Suleyman warns that “cheap, omnipresent robots are utterly inevitable over a 20-year horizon, and possibly much sooner.”  This is more than mere speculation; it’s based on his in-depth involvement in AI’s evolution. If Suleyman says omnipresent robots are inveitable, then we should take him seriously.

This book is a must-ready for anyone navigating AI ethics, governance or regulation, especially business leaders developing an AI policy for their organisation.  I’m a big fan of this book and reference it in my training courses because it offers practical steps to manage AI responsibly.
